Thank you for sending me the results. I found your course very informative and I have learned some valuable information. I have been in the flooring industry for over 40 years and have seen lots of evolution in this trade, especially with moisture related problems in concrete slabs. Thank you for doing the research to advance our trade, I have had some hard learning lessons over the years with moisture related problems in concrete slabs. I have used Calcium Chloride Test in the past and have had false results causing major failures that I was held responsible for. Now I can move forward with less fear and more confidence when I am performing my job. Anyone that is in the flooring industry that is not using your meters is at a very high risk of failures. I know we do not live in a perfect world and we are always evolving to the next level with the information we learn on a daily basis, and I know that your meters have evolved along the way as well. That is why I want to Thank You, for the continued research and development of your meters so that people like me can perform their job at the highest level possible with confidence that all has been done to prevent a failure. Failures are costly to people like me in this trade, and failures are very costly to the end user causing unnecessary stress and disappointment to all involved. I feel confident that when I test a slab from here on, that I will have the best information on moisture in that slab using your products. With the information and results of the testing with your meters I can also select the correct adhesives and sealers.
